What Are We Looking For?
A Human Resources Director responsible for determining and providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of Lexington, including the expansion of our Dallas office. The Human Resource Director must be an energetic, self-starter who is able to work independently while producing top quality results.
What You’ll Do:
Act as a business advisor to our executive management
Plan, develop, organize, implement and direct our human resources function
Manage payroll and benefits administration
Oversee recruitment efforts and onboarding process
Continually assess the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries, and markets
Develop appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the company
Enhance, develop, and manage the human resource information systems of the company
Manage other areas such as employee communications, employee safety and health, and community relations
What You’ll Need:
Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in human resources
Bachelor’s degree required
Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred
Real Estate industry experience preferred
Human Resources Certification (HRCI or SHRM) is required
Proficiency in Excel
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to work independent of others
