Job DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssists with basic troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include doors, floors, plumbing systems, kitchen appliances and miscellaneous equipment, roofs, drains, shop, grounds equipment, and HVACCompetent to replace HVAC Air filters, clear out HVAC drain pans and waste lines, replace HVAC pan waste line as needed, replace HVAC condensate pump
